  Takeshi Yashiro

  東京芸術大学デザイン科卒業。太陽企画にてCMディレクターとして実写を中心に活動する傍ら、様々な手法のストップモーションアニメーションも扱ってきた。
  2015年TECARATを立ち上げ、人形アニメーションに軸足を移す。脚本・監督のほか、美術、アニメート、人形造形なども手がける。手から作り出される質感を重視し、
  ストップモーションアニメーションならではの映像を目指している。

  Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts Design Department. In addition to working at Taiyo Kikaku as a TV commercial director focusing on live action, he has also worked with various methods of stop-motion animation. He established TECARAT in 2015 and switched emphasis to puppet animation. In addition to scriptwriting and directing, he is also involved in art, animation and puppet modeling. He aims to produce images unique to stop-motion animation, emphasizing the texture produced when creating by hand.

  武蔵野美術大学造形学部卒業後、ステージデザイナー職を経て、アートアニメーションのちいさな学校に通い、アニメーター真賀里文子氏に師事。
  太陽企画入社後、美術デザインや人形製作、企画まで幅広く経験を積む。
  身近なモノの可愛らしさや特徴を引き出すことを得意とし、ストップモーションアニメーションの演出を務める。

  After graduating from Musashino Art University's College of Art and Design, she worked as a stage designer, attended a small school of art animation, and studied under animator Fumiko Magari.
  After joining Taiyo Kikaku, she gained extensive experience in art design, puppet creation, and planning.
  She specializes in at drawing out the cuteness and unique characteristics of familiar objects, and works on producing stop-motion animation.

• 根元 緑子

  Midoriko Nemoto

  日本大学芸術学部演劇学科卒業後、人形劇団プークに入社。人形セットのデザインや造形製作を経て、CM美術のデザイン事務所に移り、映画、ドラマ、アミューズメント施設のデザインアシスタントとして経験を積む。
  太陽企画入社後、TECARATの前身である社内美術部門「考える工房」を立ち上げる。
  セットデザイン、美術製作、デコレーションを務める。

  After graduating from Nihon University College of Art Department of Theatre, she joined Puppet Theatre PUK. After designing and modeling puppet sets, she moved to a TV commercial art design office, where she gained experience as a design assistant for movies, dramas and amusement facilities.
  After joining Taiyo Kikaku, she established the in-house art department "Kangaeru Kobo", the predecessor of TECARAT.
  She works onset design, art production and decoration.

  高野山大学密教学科卒。美術製作を中心に活動する。
  何事も追求する性があり、幅広い要望に対して遂行力がある。
  モーションコントロールの知識も持ち、ストップモーションアニメーション撮影監督も務める。

  Graduated from Koyasan University's Department of Esoteric Buddhism. He is active primarily in art production.
  Pursuing everything is in his nature, and he has the ability to fulfill a wide range of requests.
  He also has knowledge of motion control and serves as a stop-motion animation director.

  美術製作を中心に活動する。非常に細かい造形も得意とし、ストップモーションアニメーションの美術、小道具製作も行う。
  小型のギミックにも精通しており、ストップモーションアニメーション撮影助手も務める。

  He is active primarily in art production. He also specializes in highly detailed modeling, and he works on stop-motion animation and propmaking.
  He is well versed in small gimmicks and he also serves as a stop motion animation assistant.

  万博などの大型映像制作に携わり「映像は四角い枠にこだわらず、体感してもらうことが重要」と気づく。1999年全天に広がるオーロラを体験したのをきっかけにプラネタリウムのドーム映像を手がけ、2005年愛・地球博で世界初360度球体映像を制作。
  インタラクティブな映像や手作りのコマ撮りアニメーション作品など、観る人の感性に訴える作品の制作を続ける。

  Through his involvement in large-scale video productions, such as Expos, he came to realize that "With video, what is important is creating an experience, and not being confined to a rectangular frame". After experiencing the aurora spreading across the entire sky in 1999, he began working on planetarium dome video, and in 2005 he produced the world's first 360-degree spherical image at Expo 2005 in Aichi.
  He continues to produce works that appeal to the viewer's sensibilities, such as interactive images and handmade stop-motion animation works.

  明治大学卒。八代とは20年来のコマ撮りパートナー。イタリアの現地コーディネーターやフリーランスのプロダクションマネージャー・助監督の経験も持つ。TECARATの立ち上げから携わり、八代作品の撮影・照明・美術・編集・進行管理等を務める。

  Graduated from Meiji University. He has been Yashiro's stop-motion partner for 20 years. He also has experience as a local coordinator in Italy and freelance production manager and assistant director. He has been involved with TECARAT since its launch, and he is in charge of photography, lighting, art, editing, and progress management for Yashiro's works.

  前職でのプロダクションマネージャー、アシスタントプロデューサーの経験を生かしTECARATで広報を担当。
  日々現場での様子を記録し、メイキングや公開情報を発信。世界の人に作品を楽しんでもらえるよう、コミュニケーションを模索し続ける。

  She is in charge of public relations at TECARAT, taking advantage of her experience as a production manager and assistant producer in her previous post.
  She records the day to day goings on in the studio and delivers information on the making process and information on releases. She continues to seek out communication so that people from all over the world can enjoy the works.
